Summer 2025 Updates

My work is change - when people come to see me it is because they're often moving from one phase of life to another. One way of being to another. My methods help with this, making the new vision, actions, and learning as easy, deliberate and empowering as possible. After 15 years, I have great confidence in the methods I’ve trained in and the wonderful teachers who have helped me work with the mind body connection

I’m happy to announce that my work is changing in some big ways, and the most immediate and perhaps significant is that I am leaving Vermont this summer. I've spent several years preparing for this, and I am excited, sad, and deeply grateful for the years I’ve spent practicing massage, bodywork, and coaching in Vermont.

I am opening my practice in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. I'll also be moving in with my partner who has been living there for many years, and I look forward to connecting with a new landscape and community. I will share more updates and information once I’m settled in. 

To all of my previous and current clients, I am happy to continue to offer support in whatever ways might be helpful. Over the next few months, I will mainly be focusing on doing remote sessions via zoom, and will continue offering Somatic Coaching, Hypnosis, and Personal Development Work through this medium. 

For those of you interested in creating a meaningful life change this year, I will be offering free consultations and half off a 60 or 90 minute remote session.
