Service Description

Somatic coaching begins with the client choosing a topic to focus on - a place where they want to create change in their life. Once we've selected a topic, I will guide the client through different exercises involving sensing into their own body's awareness, gentle movement practices, and exploration of how posture and breathing change how they experience and relate to their topic. From there, we explore what new actions could support them moving forward, and how their Body’s intelligence can support them or guide them in how to proceed.
