Service Description

Somatic healing involves working with the structure of the body (through posture, breathing and gentle movement), the felt-experience of the body (through guided awareness practices) and safe and supportive connection (through meaningful conversation) to support healing and positive change. This work can be done in person or remotely over Zoom, and combines very well with Reiki.
